Ongoing partnership between Syngenta and AUSVEG
Syngenta is the lead strategic partner with AUSVEG and has remained so for many years.
“AUSVEG is proud to partner with Syngenta and support their work with growers to get more out of their crops while keeping workers safe and farms profitable. Given the challenge facing growers, it is vital that AUSVEG’s grower members have firsthand access to education and information on Syngenta’ quality products, value adding service and innovation to guarantee long-term, sustainable vegetable production” said AUSVEG National Marketing Manager, Mr Nathan MacIntyre.
“The Australian vegetable and potato industries are widely recognized as world leaders in growing fresh, clean and safe produce. The support of Syngenta allows AUSVEG to continue undertaking important work in areas of agri-political advocacy and representation on behalf of vegetable and potato growers.”
Syngenta is also delighted to again be presenting the AUSVEG National Grower of the Year award at the Hort Connections Gala Dinner.
"The Syngenta Grower of the Year Award recognises fresh produce businesses or individuals who have achieved outstanding results in their field. This prestigious award is given to growers who are outstanding in all areas of their business and regularly engage with others to enhance the prospects for the horticulture industry. I congratulate all finalists for 2022 and thank Syngenta for their ongoing support of this prestigious award" said Nathan.
The prelude to the Gala Dinner is Syngenta’s networking event on Monday June 6 where all nominees for the Grower of the Year award are recognized. A photo gallery from last year’s event can be found below:
