Syngenta has recently launched it’s highly successful potato program, Potato Partners for the 2016 season - It’s now open to more potato growers and rural suppliers, with even more exclusive benefits.

Potato Partners provides potato growers with exclusive tools to produce sustainable, premium potatoes. It also provides growers and rural suppliers access to quality products, new technologies and innovations, all supported by an experienced local technical team.

“Potato Partners was first launched in 2006 to assist growers in meeting their production challenges,” said Syngenta’s Product Lead – Potatoes, Richard Packard.

“It has evolved over the past decade and continues to deliver value to growers and industry.

“Hundreds of growers have been able to improve their cash flow, productivity and yields, and it has provided a launch pad for a number of innovative products into the industry, such as Ridomil Gold® 480SL, Amistar Top® and Boxer Gold®” Mr Packard explained.

Potato Partners is based on three pillars: products; innovation; and support. Through the program, Syngenta offers proven performance with trusted, quality brands as well as access to new technologies and innovations through technical resources and local expertise.

Potato Partners 2016 sees a number of additional benefits added to the growing list of program features, including invite-only workshops and training sessions and individual technical support. In addition, this year growers gain access to a redesigned potato nozzle, which helps to deliver products in the most efficient and effective way possible.

“You gain first access and information about new chemistry and technology coming through the Syngenta pipeline,” Mr Packard said.
