VERTENTO® is a Group 30 insecticide powered by PLINAZOLIN® technology.Pests are affected by contact or ingestion. It disrupts nerve-to-muscle communication, which stops the insect feeding within hours of the application, resulting in the insect dropping from the plant within hours to days.Use only on crops and pests listed on the Australian VERTENTO® label.

Q: When should I spray VERTENTO® insecticide and how often?

Apply when monitoring shows local thresholds are reached, following crop-specific directions. Observe minimum intervals, typically 14 days between applications, except almonds where a second spray no sooner than 7 days after the first application is allowed if pressure continues. Do not exceed per-season limits. Refer to the current Australian VERTENTO® label.

Q: Are there any mixing or adjuvant requirements when using VERTENTO®?

VERTENTO® insecticide is a Suspension Concentrate (SC) formulation. Shake the container well before using. Always add a suitable non-ionic adjuvant as directed, such as AGRAL® spray adjuvant. For Kelly’s citrus thrips, apply VERTENTO® with a non-ionic spray adjuvant such as AGRAL® Spray Adjuvant at 10 mL per 100 L of spray mixture or a petroleum oil such as Vicol* Summer Oil (825 g/L petroleum oil) at 500 mL per 100 L of spray mixture. You should always maintain agitation while mixing and spraying.Refer to the Australian VERTENTO® label.
