Kirrily is an agronomic consultant with Grassroots Agronomy, a business she runs in partnership with her husband Greg. She consults to family farm and corporate clients across southern and central NSW, and delivers information to a wider audience through newsletters and industry publications. Kirrily also manages their own farming operations in southern NSW.

Kirrily has been an agronomist for over 20 years, starting out as District Agronomist with the NSW Department of Agriculture. She then went on to help establish FarmLink Research as manager, before commencing as an independent consultant with Grassroots Agronomy, a move which she juggled with raising 3 children. Kirrily is a past Award Winner of the Syngenta Growth Awards.
