Overview
AFFIRM not only gives rapid knockdown and long lasting control of Helicoverpa armigera and Helicoverpa punctigera in cotton for up to ten days, it also suppresses Mite and now also Green Mirid populations. AFFIRM is safe to use in young cotton and is especially suitable for use in IPM programs.
Recommended Uses
AFFIRM controls Helicoverpa armigera and Helicoverpa punctigera in cotton for up to 10 days, as well as suppressing Mirid and Mite populations.
When applying AFFIRM, never apply to cotton under visible stress. Apply at, or just prior to, the anticipated time of hatching of Helicoverpa eggs, include an ovicide as recommended where high egg pressure occurs and ensure thorough coverage of the cotton. A maximum of three applications of the mectin group per season can be applied.
